Communications Leadership Development Program (CLDP)
Duration: 2 Years | Format: Rotational Program
Build the skills to craft messages that move missions. In this program, you’ll rotate through areas like executive messaging, social media, brand marketing, media relations, and internal comms. You’ll learn from seasoned pros and gain the tools to lead communication strategies that shape how the world sees Lockheed Martin.

Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP)
Duration: 3 Years | Format: Rotational Program
Step into real engineering challenges that drive innovation. From advanced systems to next generation tech, you’ll rotate through complex projects, build technical depth, and grow as a leader in fast moving, high stakes environments. You won’t just contribute. You’ll help shape what gets built.

Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP)
Duration: 3 Years | Format: Rotational Program
Make the numbers matter. This program puts you at the center of critical decisions through three high impact rotations. You’ll gain exposure to financial strategy, business operations, and executive mentorship while building the skills to lead in one of the most vital parts of the business.

Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP)
Duration: 3 Years | Format: Rotational Program
People are our greatest asset and this program builds the leaders who support them. Through immersive rotations, you’ll work in areas like talent strategy, organizational development, and workforce planning. You’ll learn how to drive culture, shape teams, and lead through change.

Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP)
Duration: 3 Years | Format: Rotational Program
Keep the mission moving. In this program, you’ll rotate across manufacturing, supply chain, and production leadership roles. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the systems and processes that keep Lockheed Martin running and develop the skills to lead operations at scale.
