Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

 

Chris Wronsky is senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Lockheed Martin Corporation. He is responsible for the corporation’s workforce of 116,000 employees in more than 50 countries around the world. Wronsky is responsible for leading global human resources (HR) strategy and cultivating talent across the corporation. His portfolio includes total rewards, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, labor relations, talent and organizational capability, and HR transformation. He also oversees the corporation’s global security organization.

Wronsky has over three decades of experience in HR, starting his career at IBM. He most recently served as the vice president of HR for Lockheed Martin’s Rotary and Mission Systems business area. Formerly, he held roles as vice president for Lockheed Martin’s international HR organization based in London and vice president of HR for Systems Integration in Owego, NY. He also led HR for the Lockheed Martin Maritime Systems and Sensors (MS2) business in Moorestown, New Jersey, and the MS2 Undersea Systems line of business in Manassas, Virginia.

A native of central New York, Wronsky holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and a master’s degree in global human resource management from Rutgers University.
